The best time to trade — and the hours that quietly cost you money
Session timing is the cheapest edge available. The same strategy applied at 13:00 UTC and at 03:00 UTC produces very different results, because volatility, spread and payout all move with the clock.

The four windows and what each is good for
The London–New York overlap is where most of the day's real movement happens. If you can only trade for two hours, make them these. Momentum setups behave, spreads are tight, and payouts are generally at their best.

The hours that generate false signals
Rollover — roughly 21:00–22:00 UTC — widens spreads sharply as liquidity providers reset. The late Asian afternoon before London opens is often flat enough that any breakout is noise. Friday's final hours thin out as desks square positions, and Sunday's reopen frequently gaps.

Where OTC fits in
